Do you prefer to shop in person? Do you know someone who loves gardening? The solution is easy! Purchase a plant card for $25.00. Come out to the greenhouse to select your plants at our greenhouse or to one of many markets we attend.

Perfect as a gift for the special someone or for yourself.

No change will be given on purchases under the value of this card or combination of cards. Unused amounts will be credited on the card for future purchases. No cash value. No expiration. Must be redeemed for product

PLEASE NOTE:

Gift Cards are a physical card that can be used in-store or at our booth at farmers’ markets. They are not accepted as payment for wholesale or fundraiser purchases. Online Orders are payable by credit card or INTERAC e-Transfer only.

Gift cards can be picked up at the greenhouses starting April 26th. Any cards not picked up or redeemed by the middle of June we will arrange an alternative receiving method with you. If you would like to pick up your gift cards at one of our markets, please leave a note in the additional notes field on the cart page. If this is a gift for someone, please leave their name so we know who the cards belong to when they come and use them at our store.

We can offer a variety of shipping options thanks to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack each item according to our strict requirements. Before they are shipped your items will be thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across various countries. Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

Prior to shipping, our team will perform an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any time. Be aware that your order could become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.

The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Your item should be in the original packaging and not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
